Franck AYMARD founded his 10 hectare Vacqueyras PDO vineyard in 1989. Situated on the Garrigues plateau, the vineyard benefits from a terroir which is favourable for its conversion to organic farming. Today, supported by his daughter Marie, they are building their cellar and are launching into winemaking and selling in bottles. The 2017 vintage marks the beginning of a new adventure and the foundation of the Domaine Chant des Loups!
